Do I need to be home for the delivery or valet service?
No! As long as we have clear access to your pool area or equipment pad, you don’t need to be home. Most of our clients are at work when we service their pools. We will send you a text or email confirmation once the service is complete.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is FREE for all our Subscription Members! For one-time "On-Call" deliveries, there is a flat $25 delivery fee. We recommend the subscription—it saves you money and ensures you never run out of chemicals during a heatwave.
What if I have a dog?
We love dogs, but for the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that dogs be kept inside on your scheduled service day. If we can’t safely access the pool, we will leave the chemicals in your designated "Safe Zone" at the front of the property.
Why is your salt better than the bags at the hardware store?
Not all salt is created equal. We use High-Purity, Extra-Coarse Pool Salt that is 99.9% pure. Many "big-box" brands contain anti-caking agents or yellow prussiate of soda (YPS) which can stain your liner or clog your salt cell over time. Our salt dissolves faster and keeps your equipment running longer.
Can I skip a month if my levels are already fine?
Absolutely. While our Managed Valet includes monthly testing to keep your water perfect, you can pause or skip a delivery at any time through your customer portal or by texting us 48 hours in advance.
Where do you store the chemicals if I’m not home?
For "Drop & Go" deliveries, we place items in a shaded, secure area near your pool equipment. If you’d like us to place them inside a specific shed or deck box, just let us know in your "Service Notes" during signup!
How does the billing work?
We make it easy. We use QuickBooks Autopay. Your card is billed on the 1st of each month for your subscription, and any additional chemicals used are itemized and billed transparently. You’ll receive an automated receipt for every transaction.
