How To Prepare For Your Pool Opening

Clear the Area

Remove any debris (leaves, branches, etc.) from the pool cover and the surrounding pool deck. A leaf blower or broom can be helpful.

Pump off any standing water from the top of the pool cover. A pool cover pump is ideal for this.

Additional time and fees may apply if technicians need to address these issues.

Check Water Level

Check the water level in your pool. If it's below the skimmer opening (about halfway up the tile line), begin filling it with a garden hose.

Making sure the water level is at operating level will ensure your pool gets up and running as soon as possible.
